BET Awards 2011

Beyonce's BET Awards 2011 performance rocked the audience and she was not even there! She performed via satellite from Glastonbury, England.

Want legs like Beyonce? Performing two songs from her latest album, she lit up the stage. Fans appreciate it.
Though satellite performances are nothing new for awards shows, she was the first artist to perform on the network via satellite.

The first award was given to the Best Male Artist and Chris Brown won out of Cee-Lo Green, Trey Songz, and Bruno Mars. Steve Harvey took home the Lifetime Humanitarian Award and as I realize the seriousness of the award, the only thing I thought of while seeing Steve Harvey doing his emotional award speech was, "What if Odd Future was at the BET Awards 2011?" The gospel performance was amazing as Donnie McClurkin, Deitrick Haddon, and Mary Mary (them some FINE sisters!) all performed "Thank You."
