UFC 102 has just ended and we have all the results from one of the best fighting nights of action in recent memory.

In the main event for UFC 102, the results were not pretty for future UFC Hall of Famer Randy Couture as he was soundly beaten by Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira.

Nogueira won every round fairly decisively and not only controlled the ground work but also the standup. The Brazilian flattened his UFC 102 opponent more than once and the results showed a 30-27, 30-27, 30-28 win on the cards. Nogueira looks like the next opponent for UFC heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar.

It did not take Nate Marquardt long to find winning results in his fight against submission expert Demian Maia and the fight came to a conclusion just seconds in the first round.

It was a strong right hand that brought down the Brazilian and Marquardt showed restraint by not doing further damage to his dazed foe before the referee called the fight off.

Thiago Silva also made quick work of Keith Jardine with a first round knockout. The results were not pretty for Jardine and it appears that his weaknesses against strong Muay Thai fighters are going to continue for the time being.

Chris “The Crippler” Leben was fighting in his hometown of Portland, Oregon and was arguably winning the first two rounds before the UFC 102 results turned bad for him.

Leben came close to knocking out his opponent, Jake Rosholt, but ultimately fell victim to an arm triangle in the third round. Leben tried twice to tap out but the referee was apparently not paying much attention and Leben went to sleep. Even in his dreams “The Crippler” was fighting and threw some punches and kicks in his sleep-like status.

In undercard action, newcomer Todd Duffee set the UFC record for the fastest knockout when he dispatched of Tim Hague in just 7 seconds.
