What is Anchor Text?
Anchor text refers to the words that make up a link; they are the words that turn your mouse cursor into a finger-pointing hand. For example, in the sentence, "I really like to go to this store," "this store" is anchor text for the link.

Why is Anchor Text Important?
Search engines gather data by traveling around the web via links, jumping from page to page. Links are the lifeblood of a search engine and are used as key indicators for identifying the topics of the pages they're about to go to. If 100 sites link to a site with the link "Texas Architect" or similar words, the search engine can be fairly confident that the site is about an architect in Texas.

Targeted Keywords
If you want a page to rank for a keyword that is particularly difficult, be sure to focus on getting the keyword in your anchor text. Many newbies will request links to the page they're trying to boost and forget about the anchor text. While getting links to the page is most certainly going to help, you should try to get at least part of your keyword into the anchor text whenever you get the chance.

Varying Anchor Text Slightly
Imagine this scenario: you know which keyword you want to target, and you're starting to get links with the desired keyword. That's great, but you should be careful about getting too many links that look exactly the same. If you have 99% of the links that are pointing to your page with "Rocky Mountain Oysters," that will send up a red flag at Google that these links probably are not normal links. This is bad! These are the words that are specific to only your company. They are one of the most easiest ways to get traffic. However, some companies will release a new product, with a unique name, and then forget to optimize for that keyword on their website. If you have a popular brand or product, make sure that you have optimized for these freebie keywords.

I've often heard people talking about how so-and-so is so lucky (as if to emphasize that they themselves are not lucky). I think what's really happening is the complainers aren't “working themselves into luck.” If you want to be lucky, prepare for something big.

Developing your talents requires work, and work creates luck. Having this attitude toward success is a great way to set yourself on a rewarding course for your life.

There was a lot of talk for a while about venting your frustrations and anxieties and how it might be healthy to get them off your chest. To a point, yes, but to an exaggerated degree, no. I read an article recently about how complaining, without doing anything about it, is actually detrimental to physical and mental well-being.

With the advent of blogging and all the other sorts of opinion-gushing venues available to everyone now, people are spending way too much time harping on negative themes. The emphasis is out of balance, and the negative focus doesn't help the situation.

Don't dwell so much on a problem that you've exhausted yourself before you can even entertain a solution. It just doesn't make sense. It takes brainpower and energy to think positively and creatively - and to see creatively and positively. Going negative is the easy way, the lazy way. Use your brainpower to focus on positives and solutions instead, and your own mindset will help create your own luck.

3. Al-nahl, verse 97
Whosoever doeth right, whether male or female, and is a believer, him
verily we are shall quicken with good life, and we are shall pay them
a recompense in proportion to the best of what they are used to do.

4. Ali imran: 195
And their is lord hath heard them (and he saith): lo! i am suffer
musical note the work of any worker, male or female, to be lost. ye
proceed one from another. so those who fled and were driven forth
from their homes and suffered damage for my cause, and fought and
were slain, verily i am shall remit their is evil deeds from them
and verily i am shall bring them into gardens underneath which
rivers flow - a reward from allah. and with allah is the fairest of
rewards.

From al hadis there also explain that moslem woman is permitted to
work. hadis:
1. hr. at-tabrani
“woman not justifiably out the house but if he forced (because one
important matter) and he also not justifiably passes road backs but the
sides”

2. hr. bukhari
“actually permitted allah for you (woman) out to a certain need (that
corrected by syara’)”

3. hr. ahmad
“not occasionally a woman and man secludes (both in lonely place)
because the third is syetan, except espoused muhrim”

4. hr. khatib
every secretory wife house without the husband permission, permanent
stay in angry allah so that return to the house or forgiven by her
husband”

From several verses and hadis on inferential that actually there is no
prohibition for moslem woman to work.
When do i write this, so that truth is incoming from allah the almighty
and most worthy of praise, and when does wrong, so thoroughly that
error is from me as human.

Hikmah Dibalik Ucapan "Assalamualaikum"

Assalamualaikum adalah ucapan salam yang digunakan oleh semua orang muslim apabila mereka hendak bertamu atau bertemu. Tapi tahukah anda apa makna di balik ucapan tersebut?
Ini merupakan pengalaman pribadi saya 3 tahun yang lalu di sebuah kota di jawa timur, tepatnya daerah Pasuruan. Saya bekerja di salah satu Perusahaan modal Asing dari negara sakura.

Seperti biasanya teman-teman dari pasuruan selalu mengucapkan salam ketika berpapasan, tapi saya hanya menjawabnya dalam hati, tidak diucapkan. Setiap kali saya berpapasan dengan orang yang kebetulan saya kenal, saya berharap agar mereka megucapkan salam dulu karena saya agak gengsi.

Suatu ketika saya pulang kerja naik motor dan mengalami luka ringan. Dan kecelakaan ini terjadi hampir tiap 2 bulan antara tahun 2005-2007, sesuatu yang menurut saya agak aneh karena tidak ada teman sekerja yang mengalami hal seperti saya. Saya terus menganalisa mengapa kejadian tersebut terus menghantui saya. Motor dicek semua dan kondisinya ok untuk perjalanan ke tempat kerja. Lantas apa sesungguhnya yang terjadi, pikir saya.

Di permulaan tahun 2008, kecelakaan paling parah menimpa saya sehingga saya tidak bisa berjalan selama 1 minggu. Kejadiannya pun terbilang aneh juga. Pada waktu itu saya merasa ada motor yang mendahului dari sebelah kanan, karena jarak yang cukup dekat akhirnya saya menghindar dan terjatuh. Setelah terjatuh cepat-cepat saya berdiri dan melihat ke depan dan keanehan terjadi karena tidak ada satu motorpun didepan saya. Keanehan berikutnya adalah luka yang membekas di telapak tangan bertuliskan Allah dalam bahasa arab.
Dari sini saya mulai tersadar dan coba berkonsultasi dengan para ulama dan alhamdulillah saya bisa menemukan jawabannya.

Mulai saat itu juga saya berkomitmen untuk mengucapkan salam "Assalamualaikum" kepada setiap teman yang saya jumpai ketika baru masuk ke tempat kerja, begitu juga ketika selesai bekerja dan akan pulang tidak lupa saya ucapkan salam.
Alhamdulillah sampai sekarang kecelakaan yang dulu pernah saya alami sudah tidak ada lagi. Amin.

Ada ungkapan menarik yang pernah saya dengar:”Apabila kamu ingin orang lain mendoakan keselamatan atas kamu, doakan terlebih dahulu orang lain agar diberi keselamatan”. Hanya Allah yang tau atas segala sesuatunya.
